### Reason
The core Inventory architecture, database models, unique constraints, pessimistic locking strategy, and strictly enforced Negative Stock Rejection policy are fundamentally sound and architecturally correct.

Following the adversarial security audit, all identified application-level boundary flaws (Cross-Business Unit injection and weak immutability) have been fully remediated.

1. **Item / Location Validation**: Hard boundary matching at the application level now exists in the `InventoryService`.
2. **Cross-BU Transfers**: Strictly rejected and rolled back.
3. **Immutability Enforcement**: `StockMovement` correctly rejects `updating` and `deleting` directly at the Model event layer.

The 41-test suite verifies all isolation, immutability, mathematical, and data boundaries. 
There are 0 remaining risks blocking Phase 3.2.3.
