# TANRAIL ONE — Phase 1 Verification Report

## A. Environment Verification
- **PHP Version:** 8.4.0 (Appropriate for modern long-term support).
- **Laravel Version:** v13.30.1 (Latest sandbox environment framework).
- **Composer Dependencies:** `laravel/framework ^13.17`, `php ^8.3`. Matches modern architecture expectations.
- **laravel/boost:** v2.7.0 installed correctly.
- **Database Configuration:** Local `.env` set to MySQL, testing environment (`phpunit.xml`) correctly isolated using in-memory SQLite to prevent pollution.

## B. Code Structure Verification
The following directories exist:
- `app/Domains/Core`
- `app/Domains/Modules`
- `app/Domains/Extensions`

**Future Code Organization Example:**
- **Models:** `app/Domains/Core/Models/User.php`
- **Actions:** `app/Domains/Core/Actions/CreateOrderAction.php`
- **Policies:** `app/Domains/Core/Policies/OrderPolicy.php`
- **DTOs:** `app/Domains/Modules/FleetManagement/DTOs/RouteData.php`

PSR-4 autoloading inherently supports this because Laravel maps the `app/` directory to the `App\` namespace. Thus, `app/Domains/Core` maps directly to `App\Domains\Core\`.

## C. Authentication Verification
- **User Model:** Default Laravel implementation currently resides in `app/Models/User.php`. It has not been moved to `Domains/Core/Models/User.php` yet to ensure standard Laravel scaffolding works out of the box.
- **Configuration:** Session (database), Password Hashing (Bcrypt).
- **Status:** The foundation is sound. No premature Role or Business Unit logic has been added yet.

## D. Database Verification
Current migrations:
1. `0001_01_01_000000_create_users_table.php`
2. `0001_01_01_000001_create_cache_table.php`
3. `0001_01_01_000002_create_jobs_table.php`

**Finding:** NO speculative business tables (Restaurant, Catering, Inventory, etc.) have been created. The database is strictly foundational.

## E. Testing Verification
- Ran `php artisan test`.
- **Result:** 2 Tests passed, 2 assertions.
- **What they test:** Application boot capability and database connectivity.
- **Limitations:** The tests do NOT verify the Tripartite Tri-Matrix authorization or Business Unit scoping because those features are designated for Phase 2. The tests only prove the baseline framework is functional.

## F. Security Verification
- `.env` contains no committed secrets (local testing keys only).
- `APP_DEBUG` is true (standard for local development environment).
- Mass assignment protection and CSRF are enabled by default in Laravel 13.x routing.

## G. Documentation Consistency
- The `docs/` folder accurately reflects the current state of the application.
- `07-technical-architecture.md` correctly states TBD for Vue/React and Sanctum/Passport, aligning with the lack of implementation in the codebase.
- `99-do-not-build-yet.md` was strictly adhered to.

## H. Architecture Extensibility (The Future Business Test)
**Can we add "Water Distribution" tomorrow?**
Yes. The current codebase has absolutely zero business logic hardcoded. It is a pure, modular Laravel monolith. A future developer would simply add `app/Domains/Modules/FleetManagement` and `app/Domains/Extensions/Water` without touching the foundational files.

## I. Problems Found
1. The `User` model remains in `app/Models/User.php` instead of `app/Domains/Core/Models/User.php`.

## J. Severity
- Issue 1: LOW.

## K. Required Corrections (Before Phase 2)
- While Issue 1 is LOW severity, Phase 2 (Identity & Organization) should explicitly dictate whether we move the base `User` model into the `Core` domain or leave it in `app/Models` as a framework standard. No immediate action required in Phase 1.
