# TANRAIL ONE: MISSING FUNCTIONALITY & RISK ASSESSMENT

## 1. Critical Blockers (P0)
- **Zero Graphical User Interface (GUI):** The application has absolutely no HTTP Controllers, Blade views, Livewire components, Vue components, or API routes. A business user cannot interact with the system without direct database access or developer intervention (e.g., Laravel Tinker).
- **Missing Application Routing:** `routes/web.php` and `routes/api.php` do not contain definitions for CRUD operations for any core ERP entity.

## 2. High Priority Gaps (P1 - Required Before Go-Live)
- **Financial Reporting:** A General Ledger exists and captures double-entry journals accurately, but there is no mechanism to extract a Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Statement, or Balance Sheet. An ERP cannot go live without financial reporting.
- **Operational Reports:** Missing inventory valuation reports, stock ledger reports, customer statement of accounts, and supplier aging reports.
- **Authentication/Authorization UI:** No login screen, role assignment UI, or user management interface.

## 3. Medium Priority Gaps (P2 - Important Post-Go-Live)
- **HR & Payroll Module:** Employee management, attendance tracking, and payroll generation do not exist in the codebase.
- **Fixed Assets Module:** Asset registration, depreciation schedules, and asset lifecycle management do not exist.
- **Dashboard & Analytics:** No operational dashboards for quick insights into business health.

## 4. Low Priority Gaps (P3 - Future Enhancements)
- **Automated Approvals Workflow:** No generic approval engine (e.g., Maker-Checker flow) for sensitive operations like large purchase orders or manual GL journal entries.
- **Notifications Engine:** No email, SMS, or in-app notification system for alerting users to pending tasks or workflow transitions.

## 5. Technical & Accounting Risk Assessment
- **Accounting Risks:** **HIGH**. While double-entry is enforced via the `FinancialService` and domain logic, the inability to easily query, verify, or audit these entries via a UI or standard report poses a massive operational and compliance risk.
- **Security Risks:** **LOW (Domain Level) / HIGH (Operational Level)**. The domain policies (e.g., `ProductionOrderPolicy`, `EventBookingPolicy`) strictly prevent unauthorized actions and cross-tenant bleeding. However, without a UI, users must use backend tools (CLI/DB), granting them inherent unrestricted access which bypasses application-level security entirely.
- **Data Integrity Risks:** **LOW**. The system is heavily tested (304 tests, >600 assertions) with robust state transitions, tenant isolation, and double-entry invariants strictly enforced at the database and service layer.
